01. Scope and operator
These terms apply to bytetrove.app, the corporate website of ByteTrove Innovations LLC, 808 E Liberty St, Mexico, MO 65265-2956, United States. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
02. Purpose of the website
The website presents company information, short-drama and game showcases, editorial content and contact options. It is not a streaming subscription service, an online store or a source of full episodes. Game pages include introductions and games hosted on this website. Selecting Play now opens the matching ByteTrove game page. Games may save progress, scores or settings locally in your browser. No account, payment or purchase is required to browse it.
03. Content and intellectual property
Website design, original written content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Drama and game titles, promotional artwork and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Their inclusion does not transfer any rights, imply endorsement or establish that ByteTrove produced or owns the featured works. You may browse and share links for lawful purposes; reproduction, commercial reuse and redistribution require the relevant authorization.
04. Showcase information and availability
Title descriptions are brief editorial introductions and may not reflect every element of a finished series. Images are promotional materials. Rights, territories, language versions, delivery assets and commercial availability are not guaranteed by a showcase listing. They must be confirmed individually through a separate written agreement.
05. Acceptable use
Do not use the website unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation or security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or use contact channels for abusive or misleading communications. Automated activity must not impair the service or violate applicable rights or law.
06. Inquiries and submitted information
The inquiry builder prepares an email; it does not send or store a website submission. You are responsible for reviewing and sending the message through your chosen email service. Provide accurate contact information and share only material you are authorized to share. An inquiry does not form a production, distribution, licensing, representation or confidentiality agreement. Please do not submit unsolicited confidential materials.
07. Editorial content and external services
Journal articles provide general perspectives and information. They are not individualized legal, financial or professional advice. External websites and email applications, if used, are independent services governed by their own terms. We do not control their availability or practices.
08. Availability and limitations
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but content may change and errors or interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted service or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
09. Applicable law and updates
Subject to mandatory laws and rights that apply to you, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update the website and these terms. The effective date identifies the version currently published.
